How it Started
Our Story
O3 is the brainchild of Engr. Oliver Lucero, an Electronics and Communications Engineer by profession. He spent the first 15 years of his career in the corporate world and made remarkable contribution in the country’s leading telecom companies specializing in network planning and design.
In 2017, Engr. Oliver and his family established a construction company building mainly commercial establishments. Since then, it has become one of the preferred general contractors of several largest fast food restaurant chains today.
The success in the construction business fueled Engr. Oliver to establish a company that would supply its materials. Thus, O3 was created.
The growth of O3 was met with several hurdles, the pandemic being the most challenging. Despite all these, Engr. Oliver has proven time and again his business acumen. He transformed the company from strictly traditional store into digital and online store. The online presence of O3 made a significant impact to continue delivering quality services to its client despite the stoppage of work on several projects.
